3. Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of live insects, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the insect has left our store. Please make sure to ask any questions before completing your purchase.

Here at A's Insects, we keep your data and information private and the forms you fill out when making payments. We make sure that your data is not stolen by third-party apps and not sold to any other websites to track you. 

Due to our live insects, we only ship in appropriate temperatures to ensure the animals safely reach their destination. If your country is not at an appropriate temperature to be able to ship your insect, we will wait until it is safe to do so in your area.
